Everlyne Bowa is a dedicated community development professional with extensive experience in gender justice, mental health, and grassroots mobilization. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Agape Woman and Child Empowerment Foundation and has a long history of mentoring young girls in health, financial literacy, and life skills.

An award-winning trailblazer recognized at the International Conference on Family Planning for her outstanding contributions as a family planning community champion, Everlyne’s work has been featured across global forums and media platforms such as The Standard, highlighting her advocacy for reproductive health and youth inclusion.

As a facilitator for community-based programs with the Sauti Mashinani Research Lab and Anga Center, Everlyne delivers structured mental health interventions targeting the reduction of intimate partner violence. Her expertise also includes work with the Life and Peace Institute, Polycom Development Project, and National Cohesion and Integration Commission—supporting peace dialogues, civic education, and leadership training.

Everlyne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Daystar University and a Diploma from Siaya Institute of Technology. With a strong passion for gender equity, youth empowerment, and peace building, she has become a distinguished contributor to community-based initiatives across informal settlements in Nairobi.
